Frühjahrsmüdigkeit: German for spring fever. Not the good kind. I don’t know how it’s pronounced but I assume there’s some spitting involved.
Beeves: the plural for beef. As in “we need two hogs and 4 beeves for the MCC sale this year.” Usage is archaic (well, duh).
Teabagging: the act of sending Lipton tea bags to your Congressional representatives to register unhappiness at taxation, socialism, bailouts, Democrats, etc et al. Why? What did you think I was talking about?
Arugulance: The arrogance of arugula. I’m not making this one up. If Maureen Dowd uses it, it must be a real word.
Bun-bun: It’s the new boo. All the kids are using it these days.

It so deserves one … but I wasn’t sure if they wanted the attention that would surely come their way.
The term “beeves” was used in No Country for Old Men. I just watched it this weekend. My impression of the movie: meh, really that was it?
I thought “beeves” was still in use in ranching country as plural for beef cattle, as opposed to cattle raised for milk production.
See now, I’ll be up all night trying to research this. It’s already bugging my brain.

Hmmm … that would be a distinction that would make sense. Although then I wonder why I didn’t hear it when growing up. Not far enough west maybe?
