Just saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button this weekend and it was a better movie than I thought it would be. Mainly because there’s a lot of Brad Pitt gorgeousness. The man is beautiful. I don’t care if you are gay or straight, like ‘em dark or short or fat or fuzzy, because there is no one on god’s green earth that doesn’t want to get with that. And I like him old but seeing him younger? Oh man. We must all bow down to the beauty that is Brad Pitt.
Some time we’ll do a post about movies where he displays his fine acting skills — his sly humour, his great character roles, his graceful aging, etc. This is not that post.
This is a post to celebrate the yumminess that is Brad. The 5 movies where he is at his absolute sexiest … usually because he at his most naked. So it’s all good.
Thelma and Louise: From the moment we meet him — all grinning sexy blond goodness — we know he’s bad news. From the moment we see him without a shirt on, we don’t care.
Legends of the Fall: This is actually not a good movie. And honestly, Brad’s hair really does a better acting job than he does. But it’s good hair … thick and streaming so you can totally see how Julie Ormand had been dying to sink her hands into it for half of the film.
Fight Club: Yea, you don’t need a video for this but in case you want one anyway, here you go. A picture will work just as well.
What, you don’t like Brad Pit semi-naked and all oiled up and fresh from the fight? You are not human, not human at all.
Troy: This was not necessarily a good movie. But this is the movie where Brad Pitt’s chest meets Brad Pitt’s hair. There was lots and lots of man candy in this film — if Orlando Bloom is your thing — but Brad manages to stand out (maybe because we get an ass view as well).
Mr and Mrs Smith: I’m always a sucker for the “fighting couple ends up having hot, rough sex” storyline. And here’s the thing … their real life sex is probably this good too.
So go see Benjamin Button. And spend the last half of the movie in envy of Angelina Jolie … the luckiest woman in the world.
